Return and exchange regulations

 

Returns and exchanges can only be done at the original place of purchase;

Please apply for exchange or return within 7 days after receiving the product (calculated on the day of receipt);

Please send the product and all accessories (including packaging and gifts) back for exchange or return;

The returned goods must ensure that there are no traces of being used, the original packaging of the goods is intact and undamaged, and the anti-counterfeiting certification card has not been verified;

 

If the product has been invoiced and sent to the customer as required, returns and refunds will no longer be accepted, unless the original invoice is sent back with the return package.

The buyer bears the shipping cost when returning the goods, and does not accept the goods on delivery.

Replacement goods

 

For products that apply for replacement, they can only be exchanged after receiving the returned products, and depending on the current inventory situation, we cannot reserve or guarantee the inventory in advance, and the exchanged products can be shipped free of charge.

 

Other note: If the goods have been shipped, we cannot make real-time adjustments and changes, please refuse to sign or return the goods after the express arrives.
