Since the lenses are consumables, they are limited to defects and blemishes caused by the manufacturing of the lenses, and they can be replaced free of charge.

2. The scope of warranty service does not include accidents, improper use, natural wear and tear of spectacle frames and aging.

3. If the glasses are damaged due to improper personal use or man-made reasons that are not part of WOOM product quality problems, we will provide high-quality paid maintenance and replacement parts services depending on the use of the product.

 

4. During product maintenance, if there are reasons such as product update, discontinuation, etc., it may not be guaranteed that it will be completely repaired.

 

5. The company has the right to reserve the right to identify product problems, so as to confirm and judge whether the product has been damaged by improper use.

 

6. When mailing the glasses, please pay special attention: Pack them in a cardboard box to avoid being compressed and deformed by the frame and lens fracturing during transportation, so as to ensure the safety of the product. If the temples are separated from the glasses, they should be packed in separate bags to protect them to avoid scratching the lenses during transportation.
